I use USAA for all four of my cars. Their service is great, and their rates are reasonable. I have never had to pay a membership fee. For my two hearses I pay about $450 a year.
I have comprehensive coverage on my '65 Mustang fastback and my hearse, including $9,600 theft insurance on the Mustang and $5,800 on the hearse. For my '91 Acura, all I have is liability. For my '57 hearse, I have vandalism insurance only, since it is just parked and not drivable. I pay about $1,900 a year total ($165 per month). The largest part of that fee is for full coverage on the Mustang. I am also a male under 25 and unmarried. That really raises my rates. Progressive seems to be good too.
